As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, or Service Technician, you work independently to perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment. You work both in-field and in-shop requiring very little direction, as a Journeyperson, you share your knowledge by mentoring others.

- Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and Turf equipment.
- Most importantly, you understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.
For you to be selected for an interview you have:
- Completed a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar. John Deere certified a strong asset.
- Consideration may be given to 3rd or 4th level apprentices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing diagnostics and service repairs.
- Computer skills required, Service Advisor an asset.
- Physically capable to perform the job, with the ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
