Job Warehouse Associate - SK

Cascadia Metals is currently accepting resumes for an entry-level warehouse associate to join our growing team. This role will be permanent, full-time, and located at our Saskatoon Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Loading trucks from small customer pick-ups to full B-train trailers
• Unloading trucks with coil, sheet and site supplies
• Building Order
• Operate a forklift to move material within the warehouse and yard
• Organizing and sorting material for loading and space optimization
• Scanning loads with an RF scanner
• Shipping/Receiving
• Reading paperwork to ensure the accuracy of the load
• Keeping track of daily used materials
• Maintaining a team player atmosphere
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have one year of warehousing/shipping-receiving experience
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Steel handling experience preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility: able to multi-task and work as part of a team
• Have a valid Forklift license (Preferred)
• Must have steel toed boots
